Self-preparedness for every development

Due to its wealth – whether surface or underground -, the Middle East region in general and Kurdistan in particular have always been a battlefield and confrontation in the midst of the standoff of the ruling powers. Since the World War I (1914 -1918), a plan has been prepared for the Middle East to serve the interests of those powers. They divided Kurdistan into four parts, establised a Turkish state, didvided the Arab world into 22 states, and they built Israel among them. Since then, the Middle East has not rescued from crises because the interests of those powers do not accept this. Kurdistan, along with its people, culture, language, revolutions and existence has always been oppressed and massacred, as it does not exist or is it a very genuine country in the Middle East. The states among which Kurdistan has been divided saw it easy regarding what they want to do to the people of Kurdistan. If we pay attention to the words that have been planted in the heads of the Kurdish people, we will understand how they have been left alone against genocide and destruction, the most notable example is the most known proverb “No friends for the Kurds but the mountains.” Of course, this proverb did not come out of the blue. It goes back to a long history of massacres, persecution, defeats and silence of the international community. The matter does not lie in the fact that the Kurds are alone and that they have been ignored, but the establishment of the ruling powers in the Middle East needed to ignore the issue of the Kurdish people. The ruling powers know very well that the Kurdish people, along with any other oppressed people, will not accept this injustice and stand up for themselves. They also know that the states that they have built at the expense of the Kurds will not accept the Kurds and will not solve their issue, because they are nationalists and the ruling class in these states are self-interested and dictatorial, and they serve the interests of those powers. After the passage of hundreds of years on this international play, there is definitely a need for a new establishment for the Middle East, because the previous situation can no longer protect the interests of the ruling powers or take more advantage at that high level, because the current system in the Middle East has entered into a big crisis related to the one that those powers are living in themselves, therefore, changes are necessary in both systems, and that the change has already started.

Transformation in the world System

In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed, and the ghost that stood against the US and Western countries was busy in its failure and collapse. As a result, the US has become the only power and state to lead the world. From 1991 to the beginning of 2000, Russia, as a representative of the Soviet Union, has put forward efforts to return to a major power in the world and has reached the level where it can say that it is against the US. Also, China as an Asian state and the main economic power started to expand. In many parts of the world, there have been protests and defenses against the US government, the same thing can be seen in the Middle East, especially after the victory of the Iranian revolution in 1979, which transformed the style of the royal system into the Shiite Islamic one, and shown the desire to spread the revolution by getting out of the 1980-1988 war with Iraq and then planting dozens of supporters and armed groups in the Middle East such as the Lebanese Hizbullah that was established in 1982. It also created several similar parties in Iraq and some other Arab states like Bahrain. This means Iran’s expansion in the Middle East, especially in Iraq, Syria and Lebanon was a main goal of it. Add to this, causing disturbances in the Gulf states. In order to gain the support of Muslims, the US declared Israel as an enemy and talked about the liberation of Jerusalem. Due to these reasons, the threat of encroachment on the world economy or the weakening of the unity of the US and NATO, the World War III has started, which Mr. Abdullah Ocalan declared this war with the start of his captivity by the US, NATO and Israel in 1999. Wars have always started when the world system came to a stanstill, such as the World War I and II. Similarly, in the 21st century, the situation comes to a standstill so the US and NATO have seen their need for a new war, which is the World War III. And its goal is to re-establish the world system, with the Middle East being its basis.

Running the World War III

The World War III that we call has not been officially declared, but we live in it and it is going step by step. According to Mr. Ocalan, who is popularly referred to as the leader of the Kurdish people, he calls the international conspiracy against him in 1999 as the beginning of the World War III: “The conspiratorial forces see the PKK as a an obstacle against the Great Middle East Project. Therefore, they launched an attack against the PKK and its leader. The scenario of the invasion of Iraq was immediately related to my handing over. The occupation was started with the operation against me. This was the beginning of the World War III.” Of course, when the US, NATO, Israel and several other countries carry out such a conspiracy against Mr. Ocalan, it will not be an ordinary conspiracy or just to satisfy a NATO state (Turkey), but it will extend its goal to greater ones on the level of the interests of the US and NATO. This was, as we mentioned, the preparation for the World War III, which was followed by the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003 as a first step.

With the beginning of the uprisings in the Arab world, known as the Arab Spring, in 2010-2011, the second step of the World War III has been carried out, where the wind of the disintegration blew the states that were founded after the Treaty of Lausanne in 1923 and spread gradually in the Middle East, where ISIS became the reason for the US and NATO to move in the region. Add to this, the wars and conflicts that waged Africa.

In 2021, the US withdrew from Afghanistan. The process was seen as the defeat of the US against the Taliban, but it was the beginning of the third step of the World War III, which was followed by the Russian attack on Ukraine in 2022. Although it has been reported that Russia attacked Ukraine, Russia was drawn to the war, or it was forced to attack.

In 2023, the Hamas movement that controls the Palestinian Gaza Strip, launched a major attack from Gaza against Israel, after which Israel waged a fierce war against Hamas. Another thing, although Iran did not want to participate directly in the war, but Israel’s attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus in April 2024 was a major challenge for Iran and forced it to respond to that attack. The Hamas attack, Israel’s response, and Iran’s involvement in the war is the fourth step of the World War III.

In short: As we have stated that the World War III has not been officially announced and without being felt that the world in general is in the middle of the war, we live in it and this is a set of the characteristics of this war:

• They start wars in the areas and manage them, then they leave them in confusion without solving them, and start wars in other areas or change the battlefields.
• They sometimes put the military forward, they sometimes show diplomacy, and they keep claiming that they do not want to deepen the crisis, as if the problems are local or between two states or parties.
• They are waging a war of division, and manage it under the name of the war on terrorism, and national and human security. All this along with implementing economic projects.

War plan and the situation of the Middle East  

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, China has become a challenge to the US, as it is growing as an economic power and spreading its branches and roots in the world, so it was seen by the US as a possible allied state to Russia. Already in 2005, US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, stated that Russia is a strategic partner, and in 2010 in Lisbon, the NATO announced Russia as a strategic partner, but Russia’s efforts to return to a major power and its invasion of the Crimean in 2014, changed the views and has turned from being a possible ally to a possible threat to NATO’s security. Therefore, in the World War III, Russia was added to the targeted states along with China and establishment of the New Middle East. With Russia’s attack on Ukraine in 2022, the NATO, at its meeting in Spain in the same year, clearly called it the main threat to it and the main reason was: “Russian military mobilization and efforts to restore power and role similar to that of the Soviet era, as well as the dreams of the empire with its president Vladimir Putin.” Therefore, weakening and neutralizing Russia in building a new world system was a necessity for the US and NATO, and it has been considered more important than confronting China, but without ignoring it.

Russia was dragged or forced to enter the war against Ukraine, but Russia did not realize that it would fight with the US and NATO in the territory of Ukraine, that is, as the war prolongs in Ukraine, Russia’s roots in other areas are weakened, and its influence in the Middle East is taking steps backwards. Therefore, while Russia is in the light of Ukraine, they have put forward the fourth step of the war in the Middle East. Just as Russia has been dragged into the inevitable war with Ukraine, Iran has also been dragged into the Middle East to enter into a direct war with Israel. Just as they called the war in Ukraine as a war of conflict between two states and wanted to put it on the agenda, they call the move to the Middle East towards an open war between Israel and Iran as a war of conflicts between two states and themselves on both fronts. They claim at the same time that they hate war and love peace; this is at a time when they themselves are continuing the World War III. Therefore, the war in Ukraine is a war to weaken and engage Russia, but the main center of the war is in the Middle East, and the way the Middle East and the world system will be determined based on the results in the Middle East, without forgetting that the results in the Middle East are also related to the results of the war in Ukraine. Both the world and the Middle East are being re-established.

Kurds and Kurdistan in the midst of the developments of the World War III  

The World War III is going on. During this war, it has become clear that the ruling powers have deliberately and intentionally left the problems in the Middle East (primarily the Kurdish and Palestinian issues) unresolved in the past 100 years, and the systems in the Middle East are not without plans and goals. But it is time for those systems to be changed and new ones to be established, and both the Kurdish and Palestinian issues to be resolved in one way or another, so in the first step of the war, the South Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan Region of Iraq, KRI) was declared as a federal region. In the second step, the North and East of Syria came out of the belly of the Syrian crisis. Now we are in the fourth step of the World War III that is going to break Iran and if this happens, it will mean the establishment of the Eastern Kurdistan Region. Also, in this war, Turkey, which has become more active against the Kurdish issue than any of the occupying states of Kurdistan, has come to a standstill regarding to its occupation for Kurdistan. All Turkey’s attempts to keep the situation in North Kurdistan (south Turkey) in such a state of oppression and keep the system of one-party, one-language and one-nation will be useless because the upcoming change with the World War III brings with it the building of a new Middle East. The change may not be according to the wishes of the Kurds, but it will not be without their recognition, and it may not remove the borders of some states, but the style of the states will not remain the same. Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria know very well that changes are coming, so they will do all the opportunities, abilities and efforts to make these changes within the framework of their interests, not the interests of the people, as well as continue the situation of the World War III and be in balance until they can oppress and destroy the people, and bring the movements and achievements of the Kurds down, so it is necessary to know that the changes, achievements and acquisition of rights in these situations do not come by themselves and in the existence of these nation-states (especially Turkey) that have a policy of fascism against the Kurds. It is necessary to prepare the Kurdish people and movement in every nation in the military, political, social, economic and diplomatic aspects, to have a good education, and to achieve developments in the world and the region. In the midst of this war that is related to the Kurds, Turkey plays the worst role. It has some genocide projects against the Kurdish people. It hopes for a new Middle East without the Kurds, and the weapons it uses is multifaceted (both political, military, economic and diplomatic, and the most dangerous is the weapon of using the Kurds against the Kurds), so the activities of the Kurdish movements and their attitude towards these threats are a historical responsibility and transcends the interests of the parties. It is a matter of to be or not to be for the Kurds.

Conclusion

• Developments in the Middle East whether military, political or diplomatic are related to the management of the World War III.
• The presence and absence of friendship with people and communities outside of all excuses depends on the interests of the ruling powers, i.e. they are friends if they want and enemies if they don’t.
• The Middle East is the center of the World War III and is moving towards restructuring.

• The consequences of Israel’s war agasint Hamas are Iran’s push towards war. Iran’s direct transition to the war will mean the end of the fourth step of the World War III and the determination of the solution plan in the Middle East.
